The Cheetah Club will be a 45 minute weekly training session which will involve quality teachers teaching skills for life, improving stroke techniques and increasing fitness and stamina and most importantly all of this in a fun environment. The training session is likely to involve thirty five minute of swimming skills or associated skills such as diving and Rookie Life Saving.

Not only does The Cheetah Club hope to cover swimming skills in a pool but teach children about other types of swimming – sea swimming, kayaking and even scuba diving. Other fun elements associated with swimming skills such as water polo will also be incorporated.

- High levels of swimming skills
- Perfecting stroke technique
- Rookie Life Saving
- Improve Stamina and fitness
- Have lots of fun

Although there is no age requirement and therefore as long as the kids skills are adequate there may be kids as young as six and probably up to 11 or 12. However, the key element is that the kids fitness should be should be sufficient to cope with a 45 minute session.
The Cheetah Club will run at Victoria College Belfast on Fridays at 5pm.
