Watertots Response to COVID-19.

We have been keeping a close eye and will continue to monitor the ongoing situation to ensure we are doing everything possible to keep our customers and staff safe and healthy.

We are following the advice laid out by the Public Health Authority and the schools we operate from.

The following information was issued from the Swim authorities this week. The Pool Water Treatment Advisory Group (PWTAG) has been in contact with Public Health regarding Coronavirus and a spokesperson for PWTAG has said: “Public health opinion is that it is generally safe to go swimming at this time… water and the chlorine within swimming pools will help to kill the virus”.

We are taking all precautions regarding the Coronavirus outbreak and are asking everyone to do their part as well. We are monitoring closely all factual developments on a daily basis as communicated by the HSE and are following all recommended guidelines.

Lessons will continue to run while we will monitor the situation closely and we will run as normal unless advised otherwise or the schools close. We will of course contact customers by text and update facebook and our website with further updates.

Together we can maintain a responsible and cautious approach to limiting the spread of this virus and protecting the most vulnerable members of our society whilst keeping a positive attitude. See you at the pool.
